Mini Sanbou ramen in Tonkotsu soup. Three kinds of meat.
Chicken balls
Pepsi in tall glass, served with a slice of lemon.
Good
Ramen bite feel was chewy. Nice.
Service so far - responsive. Waiters know how to intro signature dish. The bamboo chicken.
Normal
Ramen quality not special.
Soyu soup was ordinary.
Tonkotsu soup was really ordinary.
Bad
Straws served with tall glasses not a bendie.
Egg definitely not Jap quality.
